HeySeeVee ("the Service") is operated by Haua Langer LDA ("Haulan"), a company registered in Portugal. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

HeySeeVee provides an AI-powered professional profile platform that:

• Creates a public professional profile from your CV
• Provides an AI agent that responds to recruiter inquiries
• Evaluates job opportunities based on your preferences
• Manages conversations with potential employers

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, process, and display that content to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• Your content is accurate and not misleading
• You have the right to share the information provided
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights

5. AI Agent Behavior

Our AI agent responds to inquiries based on the information and preferences you provide. You understand that:

• The AI agent acts on your behalf according to your settings
• You can review and control all AI interactions
• You can disable AI responses at any time
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI responses

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Provide false or misleading professional information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without permission

7. Payment and Billing

Some features of the Service may require payment. By subscribing to paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Haua Langer LDA and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haua Langer LDA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from using the Service, including job offers or employment opportunities.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
